Technical Support Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Provide superior customer service to merchants of leading biometric check cashing application.  
  • Adapt to fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to effectively and quickly resolve technical issues.
  • Willingness to travel.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong writing & grammar skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows XP OS
  • Basic networking skills.

Minimal Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related experience
