History

In 2001, Capital Retail Solutions, Inc. was established by President and CEO William (Bill) Souza, a 30 year check cashing veteran. After trying several check cashing technologies, he had great success using Paycheck Secure. It was clear to him that this was the product the industry was starving for. Clearly, MSB's needed a higher level of training combined with user friendly and effective technology. Combining check cashing expertise with the Paycheck Secure technology, CRS quickly formed an alliance as a channel partner offering full sales, service, and support in the western states and is now the leading distributor in the nation for this product.

At this time, Capital Retail Solutions, Inc. employs professionals with expertise in areas ranging in biometrics, security, banking, AML compliance, collections, real estate and business development.
